Supervisory

The Maintenance Services Department is run by three (3) supervisory employees, the Director of Maintenance Services, Assistant Director of Maintenance Services and the Maintenance Services Project Manager.  Besides the normal responsibilities of running the department with several divisions, the directors also attend meetings such as the City Council, Park Board, Solid Waste Committee, Water Review Committee, Budget meetings and several others. 

Office/Clerical

The Maintenance Services Office has two full time employees; one Secretary and one Administrative Assistant.  It is the primary duties of the office personnel to answer and direct the public and complaints to the proper authorities, maintain clerical records, reports, invoicing and requisitioning payments of invoices, for all the Maintenance Services divisions.

Park shelter reservations are also handled (752-1573) through the Maintenance Services Office.
