Mine Warfare Operations Files (MINEA), created, 5/9/1972 - 1/14/1973, documenting the period 5/9/1972 - 1/14/1973
This series contains data from two military operations during the Vietnamese Conflict, Operation Linebacker and Operation Pocket Money, which concerned all mining operations conducted against North Vietnamese interior waterways and harbors.
Central Foreign Policy Files, created, 7/1/1973 - 12/31/1976, documenting the period 7/1/1973 ? - 12/31/1976
We have added 227,201 electronic telegram records and 133,612 withdrawal "card" records to the Department of State's Central Foreign Policy File for 1973-75 available through AAD. These 360,813 records were identified as permanently valuable and merged with the records previously accessible through AAD following completion of the appraisal of the Subject TAGS used in the Central Foreign Policy File. Cambodian Friendly Units Files, created, 1/1970 - 3/1977, documenting the period 11/1961 - 3/1977
This series contains data on over 900 military units in the Cambodian Armed Forces (Forces Armees Nationales Khmeres) that were friendly to the allied side during the Cambodian War and the Vietnam War.
Index to Photographs of Social and Economic Life, Environmental Conditions and Cleanup Operations on the Pribilof Islands, Alaska, created, 1996 - 2006, documenting the period ca. 1886 - 2006
This series encompasses descriptive picture indexing, along with attached copies of the photographs themselves, for the 2,609 scanned or born-digital images in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Pribilof Project Office central file on Pribilof Islands, Alaska economic, cultural, and environmental history from the end of the 19th Century to the beginning of the 21st.
Central Foreign Policy Files, created, 7/1/1973 - 12/31/1976, documenting the period 7/1/1973 ? - 12/31/1976
We have added the 1976 digital and fully releasable permanent portion of this series to AAD, for an additional 554,864 new records. The series, popularly known as the "State Department Cables" or the "State Department Telegrams", consists of telegrams, and an index to airgrams, memoranda, correspondence, reports, diplomatic notes, and related material.
