Navy plans underwater explosives training at Crescent Harbor

You might hear some loud explosions Wednesday in Crescent Harbor. The Navy's Explosive Ordnance Detachment Northwest plans to conduct explosive demolition in the water from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their work is expected to cause water plumes and small ground vibrations.
