RIGATONI AL MANZO PICCANTE: Rigatoni pasta with beef meat balls, beef and pork ragu, fresh chillies, roasted red peppers, and caramelised onions; topped with mozzarella and Grana Padano cheeses.

SALAMI MISTI: Milano and finocchiona salamis, pepperoni and smoked prosciutto, roasted red peppers, caramelised onion and Grana Padano cheese.

FRITTO MISTO: Lightly battered whitebait, courgettes, peppers and breaded calamari rings, golden fried and seasoned with freshly chopped red chillis and mint, served with chilli mayonnaise.

CIOCCOLATO SUPREMO: Crunchy Italian Torcetti biscuits soaked in a shot of hot chocolate, topped with a scoop of vanilla gelato and finished with rich chocolate ganache and grated dark chocolate.

CARBONARA PRIMAVERA Fresh egg tagliatelle with crispy pancetta and fresh asparagus in a velvety sauce of Mascarpone, Pecorino and Grana Padano cheeses, finished with crispy smoked prosciutto.

STROMBOLI CLASSIC PIZZA Pepperoni on a tomato and mozzarella base. We’ll add chillies if you like it hot. CAPRINA PRIMA PIZZA Soft goat’s cheese, rocket, San Marzano tomatoes, olive tapenade and Calabrian oregano. CARNE SOURDOUGH PIZZA Luganica sausage, pork and beef ragu, spinach, Fontal cheese and smoked prosciutto, seasoned with Calabrian oregano and fresh rosemary.

INSALATA OTTIMA Our super salad is high in protein: we take pan-fried chicken breast, butter beans, walnuts and avocado, toss them with baby spinach and radicchio leaves, and dress them lightly with herb vinaigrette.

FOCACCIA MEDITERRANEA Irresistible slices of just-baked pizza bread studded with roasted and Santos tomatoes, olives and rosemary for a moreish start to the meal.

TAGLIATELLE CON FUNGHI MISTI Fresh egg pasta tossed with porcini and other mushrooms in a cream sauce seasoned with garlic and fresh thyme. Topped with a sliced, roasted Portobello mushroom.

TAGLIATELLE CON ARAGOSTA E FRUTTI DI MARE Here’s a fabulous combination: egg pasta cooked and tossed with lobster and king prawns in a creamy tomato sauce, with a hint of chilli. Topped with a king prawn in its shell and crunchy herb croutons.

TAGLIATELLE CON LUGANICA E PORCINI Tender egg pasta cooked with a tomato and garlic sauce enriched with Luganica sausage, borlotti beans, porcini mushrooms and a dash of cream, garnished with a slice of finocchiona salami.
