Does there need to be a link to the Rwandan Genocide on this template?. It is not an ongoing movement and, although it may be a impact on current political decisions, it is not a current political movement and belongs more in the history of Rwanda than the politics of Rwanda. It justs seems like this is a way to make this the only thing people ever associate with Rwanda and stops the country moving away from such a past. --Horses In The Sky16:20, 7 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
