Prostitution Research & Education (PRE) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to dismantling the systems of prostitution, pornography, and sex trafficking through rigorous research, transformative education, and strategic advocacy.
We work alongside survivors, scholars, policymakers, and the public to expose the root causes of sexual exploitation— the assumption that men are entitled to buy women for sex, in racism, and economic injustice—and to build a future where no one is bought or sold.
Our mission is bold: to abolish the institution of prostitution and replace it with real, sustainable alternatives—comprehensive healthcare, emotional support, and pathways to freedom for those affected.
