Hi, do you have an email I could contact you by? --89.242.235.21 (discuss) 00:10, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

"Tools: Email this user" should work. Watchduck (quack) 00:59, 12 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Inversion (discrete mathematics)

[edit source]

Hi Watchduck!

The resource Inversion (discrete mathematics) appears to be ready for learners! Would you like to have it announced on our Main Page News? --Marshallsumter (discusscontribs) 17:18, 21 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Likewise with Full octahedral group? --Marshallsumter (discusscontribs) 17:24, 21 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Inversion (discrete mathematics) is finished indeed. So is Permutation notation. Feel free to put them on the main page. Full octahedral group on the other hand will still need some work. Watchduck (quack) 17:32, 21 January 2017 (UTC)Reply

Full octahedral group

[edit source]

Hi Watchduck!

Full octahedral group has come a long ways and is impressive! Would you like to have it announced on our Main Page News? --Marshallsumter (discusscontribs) 20:41, 28 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Marshallsumter:, I have just finished some last adjustments, and consider the article finished for now. I would like to see it announced on the Main Page. Watchduck (quack) 21:03, 31 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Syllogisms

[edit source]

Hi Watchduck!

Your logic resource Syllogisms appears to be ready for learners! Would you like to have it announced on our Main Page News? --Marshallsumter (discusscontribs) 02:07, 21 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

Feel free to do so. I added a little introduction. This page is rather esoteric though. Watchduck (quack) 19:44, 21 August 2017 (UTC)Reply

bin2svg (Python version) license

[edit source]

What is the license for the Python version of User:Watchduck/bin2svg? --Damian Yerrick (discusscontribs) 15:59, 25 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Like everything here it is CC, but feel free to treat it as MIT. It's also part of a GitHub project, which is MIT. Greetings, Watchduck (quack) 16:35, 25 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Matrix multiplication examples

[edit source]

Hi Watchduck!

Your mathematics resource Matrix multiplication examples appears to be well-developed and ready for learners! Would you like to have it announced on our Main Page News? --Marshallsumter (discusscontribs) 16:13, 15 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi! The page is heavily focussed on Walsh matrices, so I would rather suggest to add some other examples. I could still add some permutation stuff. Watchduck (quack) 17:43, 15 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

I don't understand your reinsertion of obselete syntax..

There shouldn't have been any difference between the version using span's vs the one using fonts. ShakespeareFan00 (discusscontribs) 08:30, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

@ShakespeareFan00: Oh, there should be no difference? Maybe you should actually look at the results of your changes. Go to your version and search for the word "violet", and see if it is violet. It is not. The code you introduced looks like this:
<span style="color=#c07">
<span style="#c07">
Of course that does not work. What you wanted to do is:
<span style="color:#c07">
Your removal of "obsolete syntax" is just as reckless as the "corrections" by Dave Braunschweig and his MaintenanceBot. See e.g.here and here. --Watchduck (quack) 14:41, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
Please fix your code according to current standards so others don't have to try to do it for you. Then it will be done correctly and the problems will be resolved. And no, this isn't our problem to ignore. It is your problem to fix. Just do it. -- Dave Braunschweig (discusscontribs) 17:45, 12 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

speedy delete requests

[edit source]

Hi! On your deletion request for Template:Collapsible chapter START you requested a delete for Template:Collapsible chapter/style.css, but the latter has no speedy deletion request template. Do you wan't me to delete both of them? --Guy vandegrift (discusscontribs) 21:40, 21 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

Yes, please. (How would I add a template to a CSS page?) --Watchduck (quack) 21:41, 21 January 2023 (UTC) IDK----Guy vandegrift (discusscontribs) 22:33, 21 January 2023 (UTC)Reply

There seems to be misplaced SMALL closing tag.

Fano Plane Graphics

[edit source]

Hi Watchduck, I created a Fano Plane collineation simulator which relies heavily on the arrow graphics that you created. I thought you might find it interesting and wanted to thank you for your work.
