Andrew Colin Renfrew, Baron Renfrew of Kaimsthorn, FBA, FSA, Hon FSA Scot (25 July 1937 – 24 November 2024) was a British archaeologist, paleolinguist and Conservative peer. He was known for his work on radiocarbon dating, the prehistory of languages, archaeogenetics, neuroarchaeology, and worked to stop looting at archaeological sites.

Renfrew was a professor of archaeology at the University of Cambridge from 1981 until 2004. Before, he was the Master of Jesus College, Cambridge from 1986 until 1996. Renfrew was born in Stockton-on-Tees, England.

Renfrew died on 24 November 2024 in Cambridge, England at the age of 87.[1]
