While the database will continue to grow through other means, Allgame.com is sadly closing on December 12th. Allgame.com launched in February 1998 with a goal of being the most comprehensive game database available. Many aspiring writers and game enthusiasts took a shot at writing about video games for Allgame.com throughout its nearly 16 year history. It's fair to say we didn't all know exactly what we were doing in those early days but it was an exciting time to be helping build an online game database before the Internet exploded with numerous websites dedicated to video games. Thank you to the many talented people that have contributed to the website both onsite and off, and thanks to all of you who have visited us over the years!
