That is a WP:PRIMARY source, you want to use a WP:SECONDARY source instead. I think another issue is also that you are not using the correct wikitext markup, for example {{Cite web}}, to reference the sources. This is important to make the articles readable and for the references to be listed correctly. A good place to start is looking for news articles from WP:RSP sources that you can then use to cite, or post them here and we can help you with the wikitext and learning how to reference a source.
