It now got bumped up to B-class. I think, this is appropriate bc mostly theoretical chemists should be interested in such intrinsic bond orbitals. For OChem or Inorg people, stuff like reactions or structures and properties is more important. But yes, C-class is very underrated and the article is very well written. My respect.
