[edit]

This template probably does more harm than good. It clutters the article and takes up valuable screen space at the head of the article, which should be used for nice informative images. The "See also" section exits for that purpose, and is placed at the end of the article for that reason.
Moreover, the template has only four items. Readers who need to see all the colors of noise can click on any colors of noise link in any of the relevant articles; and there they will find not only a list of names, but also a short description for each "color" and several dubious and informal names as well.
Navboxes in general have zero to negative usefulness; they waste people's time, but do not provide any functionality to readers that is not much better served by "See also" and plan wikilinks in the text.
