Trans healthcare arbitration

[edit]

Hello Chess, if you're still around, I've been reading through the trans healthcare arbitration case and wanted to know if my read on it is accurate -

You have been keeping an eye on this topic since at least 2022, when certain users tried to argue that the Telegraph could not be used as an accurate source on trans issues using flimsy arguments and bad faith reads. You argued reasonably and got shouted down.

An RfC was started to discuss the source again, which failed, so a new one on basically the same subject was allowed, and once again certain single topic users used bad arguments and bad faith reads to shout it down, again.

So then these same users start to try and yell about an obviously clear and reliable source, lie about it not being peer reviewed, then when you made (again, reasonable) comments about source reliability backsliding, you were, once again shouted down.

So then you gather ALL of this information together in a clear, readable way, and the person who has been bad faith reading you and ignoring your reasonable points this entire time gets to be the one that starts a case against you and bans you from the topic altogether?
