In assessing the notability, I applied WP:ORG and WP:GNG standards, specifically looking for significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources. I had concerns on reliance on primary sources, i.e references are from the organization itself (Brandfetch profile, their own website, and Impact Asia Center site), which are primary sources that cannot establish notability under WP:GNG. The Chinese Encyclopedia appears to be a user-generated wiki-type site, so likely not a reliable secondary source however Kingdom Resources for Christ article appears to be a independent secondary source with substantial coverage. On the other hand, I think the founding by World Council of Churches in 1965 and 60-year operational history suggested historical significance. I would also defer to other reviewers for deeper source verification.
I thnik the sourcing could be strengthened, and benefit from additional independent secondary sources, particularly academic sources, journals or news coverage about Christian media in Taiwan. but based on what is available, combined with the organization's documented history and institutional backing, i believe it demonstrated sufficient notability under WP:ORG, and no AfD warranted. Yes, this was more along the lines of the explanation I was looking for. I think I would disagree with your assessment of the Kingdom Resources for Christ source--I would question its reliability from the get go given its denominational character and its About page's focus on Christian proselytizing as opposed to journalistic values and I'm not seeing any WP:USEBYOTHERS in online searches of reliable sources. But even if we set aside KRC's reliability, most of the information about CCT in the KRC source is statements in an interview by a CCT representative, which is primary, not secondary, coverage.
