Nicki Brown is a newsgathering producer based in CNN’s New York bureau.

In her time at CNN, Brown has reported on high-profile court cases, elections, extreme weather, and other breaking news for the network’s TV and digital platforms. She has produced in the field during live coverage of historic events, including Donald Trump’s criminal trial in Manhattan.

Before joining the newsgathering division, Brown researched and reviewed stories for The Row, CNN’s editorial oversight unit. She also previously produced for correspondent Jeanne Moos.

Brown graduated from the University of Georgia with degrees in journalism and international affairs.
