How to use this page
[edit]Making a request
[edit]Before asking volunteers to look for your source, try finding it yourself with the tools at your disposal.
In particular, eligible editors can use the Wikipedia Library, which gives access to content provided by numerous academic publishers.

Warning: for legal reasons, we must note that the Resource Exchange cannot fix any medical problems. But it can fix references.
- Though we would prefer you to ask for a specific journal, article or work, we will accept open-ended questions. You can ask for all kinds of sources here, either on this page or by writing directly to an active user.
- Provide as much detail as possible: a full citation with author, title, publisher, date and identifiers like DOI, ISBN, ISSN, PMID, OCLC, etc. Indicate which article you need this for.
- Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot send you full book/thesis copies. Narrow down your request to a specific chapter or page(s).
- Since we cannot post original copyrighted material online, we will most likely send it by email. Make sure you have specified an email address in your preferences before asking.
- Add the {{Resolved}} template when your request is completed.
- Filled requests are archived. Requests unfilled after three months will also be archived.
What to try next
[edit]If you are unable to obtain what you need here, you may be able to get it via the WMF resource support pilot.
Fulfilling a request
[edit]- Anyone may offer advice and fulfill requests, in full or in part. When fulfilling a part of a request, tell others which one so that they don't have to do the same work.
- Notify (mention) the requester using
{{u|REQUESTER_USERNAME}}
. - You can:
- post a URL address ( https://... ) if the material is available online and the webpage does not infringe others' copyrights
- share scans of pages or documents using a file-sharing service if legal
- upload out of copyright works to Wikimedia Commons or Wikisource (make sure your institution's policies allow this). Check Wikimedia Commons's guide for copyright in each jurisdiction if in doubt.
- email a link or plain text to a requester using the Special:EmailUser ("wikimail") feature. Attachments are not supported, so you need the user's email address to send them. You can configure your wikimail in Special:Preferences.

- Jo-Jo Eumerus, there are several publications by Catalina Gebhardt. If this is the same person as https://www.awi.de/en/about-us/organisation/staff/single-view/catalina-gebhardt.html, why don't you send a mail and request copies? The same with the other authors? I have had a positive experience with doing just that. Judithcomm (talk) 11:32, 19 June 2025 (UTC)

Books about folktales of Southeast Asian peoples (Tai Khamti and Shan)
[edit]The following books were written by academics of the peoples themselves.
1 * Sai Aung Htun Dr. (2020). Taikhamti: Legends & Law. Shan Literature and Culture Association. pp. 1-6 (introduction), 75-80 (tale 16. "The Python"), 143-156 (tale nr. 29 "The Young Man from the Emerald Mollusc (Sao Hoi Seng)").
The introduction is for Khamti people as a possible source, tale 16 for "The Story of the Hamadryad" (girl marries python).
The alternate for tale 29 indicates it is a Khamti variant of Sang Thong (aka. "The Prince in a Golden Conch [Shell]"), because "Hǒi-sang" was the name used by J. Leyden and Captain James Low to indicate the existence of the tale in the early 19th century.
2. * Pu Loi Hom; Pu Loi Tun, eds. (2014). Shan Legends. Zaw Oo. pp. 109-121 (text for tale nr. 14, "The Story of Ai Maung of the Tousled Hair (White Shell-fish, the future Buddha)", 300-308 (text for tale nr. 48, "The Story of a Fairy and a Prince"), 314-317 (text for tale nr. 51, "The Youth of Emerald Mollusc").
The Story of a Fairy and a Prince is homonymous with a tale first collected from a Shan source and published by Mrs. Leslie Milne in 1910. Milne's tale is a Shan variant of ATU 408 and the Indian "The Belbati Princess". Would like to see if it another variant or a reedition of Milne's text. In the latter's case, will add it as a reprint and later to separate the Shan tales.
"White Shell-fish" has a parallel title to a Shan tale published by B. R. Pearne in Journal of the Burma Research Society with the title "The Silver Oyster", which has been pointed as a Shan variant of Sang Thong. Possibly another variant of the Shan tale.
"The Youth of Emerald Mollusc" has a similar title with the Khamti "The Young Man from the Emerald Mollusc (Sao Hoi Seng)".

[edit]2025 FIFA Club World Cup broadcasting rights in South Korea
[edit]
For 2025 FIFA Club World Cup#Broadcasting.
Apparently, DAZN, which holds worldwide broadcasting rights for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, and Coupang Play, a South Korean video streaming service, were negotiating the rights for the CWC in South Korea, but a legal dispute arose midway through. Unfortunately, all of the articles above are paywalled, so I cannot review what happened in depth.
If someone with access to either or both websites could review them and expand the relevant paragraph in the section on that matter, it would be a great addition. --211.211.103.157 (talk) 10:30, 16 June 2025 (UTC)

Greek books for Ioannis Miliadis
[edit]Three (probably) Greek-language requests:
- Miliadis, Ioannis (2017). Γράμματα στην Έλλη: Αλληλογραφία με την Έλλη Λαμπρίδη 1915–1937 (in Greek). Εκδόσεις Αρχείο. ISBN 9786185234089. -- page unknown, but looking for any authorial comment on the relationship between Ioannis Miliadis and Helle Lambridis -- if there's an introduction, that would be a good start?
Dounia, Christina (1996). Λογοτεχν́ια και πολιτικ́η: τα περιοδικ́α της αριστερ́ας στο μεσοπ́ολεμο (in Greek). pp. 91–93, 104–106, 200–202.- Otherwise, any Greek-language book that seems to discuss Ioannis Miliadis and Helle Lambridis together.
This is to check an interesting recent addition, which seems at the moment to be dicey under WP:PRIMARY, and to determine whether there's any way of adapting or keeping it.

This includes some citations offline sources that I would like to double-check just to make sure my phrasing is accurate. Report not dated, released by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Pakistan". Director General of Civil Aviation. International Civil Aviation Organization: 32-?. LCCN 78645880. For Pakistan International Airlines Flight 17. I'm planning on expanding the aforementioned article, but without access to the final report – which I managed to find on Google Books, doing so would be very difficult. From the limited previews, I'm able to see that the report starts from page 32 but have no idea on which page it ends.

Unfortunately this falls in what Vati used to call the "digitization ghetto" of early digital era magazines, so it's not available in full anywhere online (there's only one text page in the link I provided above). Access to Hungarian language folktales about a Pig/Hedgehog prince
[edit]1 * IMRE, FÁBIÁN. Eredeti népmesék Biharból (in Hungarian). Literator Könyvkiadó. pp. 118-125 (tale "A sündisznó meg a királylány"). ISBN 973-9360-31-9.

3 * Ráduly János, ed. (1980). Tündérszép Mosolygó Ilona: Kibédi népmesék (in Hungarian). Bukarest: Ion Creanga Könyvkiadó. pp. 143-147 (tale "Malackirályfi").
The tales are Hungarian variants of the Animal as Bridegroom cycle. I intend to separate the Hungarian-only tales from "The Enchanted Prince Who was a Hedgehog", which is sourced from a Romani-Hungarian source. There is some overlap between Romani-Hungarian and Hungarian tales, since Hungary has a sizable Romani population, but, since we have an article about Romani folklore which lists other Romani-only tales, I think it's best to create independent articles for each.
EDIT: Actually, vol. 10 of the MNK folktale catalogue, which indexes the Romani-Hungarian tales, list these (/\) tales above as from Romani-Hungarian sources.

Tabletop game magazines
[edit]I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask for this, and if not maybe you can point me in the right direction? I'm not looking for specific sources about specific topics, but rather collections of magazines to be useable generally as sources. There are a bunch of such magazines on Internet Archive, but there are several that I have not found, or at least not found full collections of, so maybe someone who is better at searching for this sort of thing could help me locate the ones I am missing? If you see them at IA, or available somewhere else, could you ping me and let me know? Or if there is a more appropriate forum to ask could you let me know that?
- Challenge (1986 - 1995); issues are numbered #25-77; most issues are available on IA[3] although many have missing pages; issues missing entirely or unreadable are #31-32, 44, 53-55, 73-77
- Games Unplugged (2000 - 2004); 34 issues
- GamesMaster International (1990 - 1991); 15 issues
- GM (1988 - 1990); 19 issues
- InQuest Gamer (1995 - 2007); 150 issues; many are available on IA[4] with another partial collection here[5]; so missing are 16, 18-22, 25, 27-32, 35, 37-38, 42, 44-48, 51, 53-57, 59-64, 66-78, 82-87, 89-129, 131-150
- Pyramid (1993 - 1998); 30 issues from volume 1; most of the articles can be found on the sjgames.com website, although many are incomplete snippets, so copies of the actual magazines would be preferrable (second volume was online only, third volume had no reviews, so only need first volume)
- Shadis (1990 - 1998); 53 issues; many issues are available on IA[6] and #25:[7] so missing are #24, 26-28, 30-33, 36-37, 39, 41-47, 49-53
- Valkyrie (1994 - 2003); 28 issues
- VIP of Gaming (1985 - 1986); at least 5 issues:[8]
- White Wolf (1986 - 1995); 57 issues
Anything you can find would be a big help!

The Nehemiah Religion
[edit]I am looking for a Real full Book of Nehemiah. Since coming to the US, it seems this religion doesn't exist in the United States, and that the text of the religion is lost to the United States. I am very flustered that this can be the case. If anybody can link me towards a US-based site that provides a full copy of the 4,000-plus page text, I would greatly appreciate this, Thanks - Everollinn (talk) 04:08, 23 September 2025 (UTC)
- @Everollinn do any of links in the Translations subsection of External links in Book of Nehemiah help? Cheers, SunloungerFrog (talk) 05:56, 23 September 2025 (UTC)
- @SunloungerFrog No, Nehemiah is pronounced (Neh-hem-mya-h) in this case, because he is a man who lived in Ancient China. He is still a man that led much spiritual reform and traveled much in his life and helped build whole new cities along his path, but he lived around 300BC-270BC, that is when his writings seem to all date back to. The book of Nehemiah isn't a recount of his life; it is a profound product of his life's experiencing major Spiritual hubs and melting pots. Because he wrote The Book of Nehemiah on these books, as did others after him, we call him Nehemiah by his soul. Nehemiah wrote not only the Book of Nehemiah, but by his mid-life had also discovered to write an Authentic Christian Bible. He spent his life perfecting this and leaving texts, both of the Nehemiah Faith and The Christian Faith. There are even Nehemiah written Jewish interpretations as he tried to understand the religion that he didn't understand too well, and wrote texts for particular other people believing he was giving this human soul a next step in their Spiritual education of Growth and insight of Personal journey. He was born into Muslim texts and Faith, so he wrote 'Qu'ran's as well, though in his later life seemed to feel to be surrounded by more favoured Religions.
- The issue we face here is this speaks of Latin under the Babylonian Exile, and Hebrew spoken of under Book of Nehemiah. We might view the language of the Ancient people who originated The Book of Nehemiah, today as the roots of Greek language when the language conventions still mixed with Slovak language convention in Ancient Middle-western China. This language extended largely towards current day Italy, even can be observed in current day Italy language and culture that has never been lost. The religion of Nehemiah went to Italy with the language, as well as seeming-randomly popped up around the world like many religions have throughout history. This religion was also carried to Persia later, and accepted after about a decade's time by most of The Public of Persia during a time when they were transitioning to The Republic of Persia; meanwhile the Babylonians accepted the Religion of Nehemiah relatively quickly as an answer to prayers to receive guidance from God or High Pwer as how to proceed differentiating Judaism against Christianity and Islam. This did indeed provide a necessary piece that was used to Authenticate the truest context and version of The Bible. By separating the Biblical God's 'manuel to human-by-soul', that is The Nehemiah Religion, from the Judaism 3-text Babylonian derived Manuscript, The Biblical God's given version of context within The Bible was discovered, as in (after several years of studying) Authenticated against being meant to be written in just-any other way.
- So I mean, most obviously there is citing this history of religion, I wouldn't know where to find sources for Scholars who have studied this, either? My original question; Where is a hyperlink to a Full Book of Nehemiah? Thank you so much, Everollinn (talk) 18:54, 23 September 2025 (UTC)
- Hmmm seems that you know a lot more about this than me. Sorry I can't help. Cheers, SunloungerFrog (talk) 22:22, 23 September 2025 (UTC)

- 2) Aprile's book is titled thus: "Indice delle fiabe popolari italiane di magia Vol. I**" (with two asterisks). It could mean being a part 2 of a Vol. 1. KHR FolkMyth (talk) 02:33, 25 September 2025 (UTC)

.."it is believed that on every eighth tithe of the bright half of the month, it begins to shake and produces the most extraordinary effect"..
. This sentence seem to have a spelling mistake being discussed at Talk:Sharada Peeth#the word tithe is incorrect.
Above citation has been used on the article Sharada Peeth. I do not need the page but rather need help in finding out whether the author Raina has given any information from exact which book and edition she herself sourced sentence.
I wish to have following information
- Whether she has any given information / reference to the sentence? at the end of page no.85 or at the end of chapter, or end of the book?
- Or if her bibliography contains mention of "Abū al-Faz̤l ibn Mubārak, The Āʼīn-i Akbarī, vol. 2, translated by H.S. Jarrett, edited by Jadunath Sarkar," If yes then which edition?
